Cathay Pacific to expand flight offerings in Cambodia and Vietnam
Its low-cost carrier, HK Express, plans to launch a new route to Phu Quoc in Q4.
Cathay Pacific will increase its flight frequency to Phnom Penh from five times per week to daily starting on 27 October 2024, as part of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed with Cambodia Airports Chief Executive Officer Cyril Girot.
Besides expanding in Cambodia, the airline will enhance its presence in Vietnam, celebrating 75 years since its inaugural flight there.
Cathay Pacific and its low-cost carrier, HK Express, operate flights to three destinations in Vietnam, including Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and Danang.
In Q4, HK Express plans to launch a new route to Phu Quoc.
