Cathay Pacific rolls out revamped Premium Economy experience
Its new cabin features upgraded amenities, dining, and wine options.
Cathay Pacific introduced a new Premium Economy cabin on its retrofitted Boeing 777-300ER aircraft, which includes enhanced facilities, a refined dining experience, and a new selection of wine.
The new Premium Economy seat features a leather headrest and customised seat cushions with privacy wings and a reading light. It also features a 15.6-inch 4K ultra HD screen with 4K on demand and Bluetooth audio streaming.
The new Premium Economy lavatories also offer touch-free features to ensure minimal contact.
Cathay Pacific partnered with top Chinese winemakers to offer customers an exclusive selection of fine wines, including Domaines Barons de Rothschild Lafite and Domaine de Long Dai 2020.
These wines are available to customers on long-haul flights until May 2024 and can also be purchased through the Cathay Shop.
In addition, the airline has also teamed up with local restaurants to provide customers with fine dining options, featuring a bespoke menu of French classics from JIA Group's Michelin-starred Louise and a new "Hong Kong Flavours" selection developed with Duddell’s.
