Delta Air Lines to fly to Hong Kong

Will begin daily service in June 2014.

Delta Air Lines also announced that tickets for the Seattle-Hong Kong flight will become available on August 24. The routes, however, are subject to government approval.

Delta already flies from Seattle to Shanghai, Beijing, Tokyo and Osaka. It has expanded from 33 peak-day departures to 13 destinations to 44 departures to 18 destinations since May.

Delta said that by offering new service from Seattle to Hong Kong, Delta will now offer customers service to the top five destinations in Asia. It will also fly to Seoul.
