Dragonair workforce expansion underway
A walk-in interview session is being offered by Dragonair to look for new qualified cabin crew.
According to Dragonair, Dragonair General Manager Inflight Services Cecilia Leung said: “Dragonair always strives to provide top-quality premium services to its passengers and we are constantly looking to recruit high-calibre people to sustain the success of the company.

Successful applicants will go through an intensive seven-week training period and will emerge with expertise and know-how relating to service procedures, safety, security, grooming, food and beverage service and aircraft knowledge.
Dragonair also provides its cabin crew with development and career advancement opportunities. On the basis of seniority and their performance at work, a junior crew can be promoted to senior positions such as Flight Purser, Senior Purser and Chief Purser. The airline’s cabin crew are also given the opportunity to take up ground duties such as training and administration, with some rising to management positions.
