HKIA opens new Sky Bridge
The Sky Bridge is the longest airside bridge across the globe.
The Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) announced the opening of Sky Bridge, which is the longest airside bridge in the world.
The 200-metre long foot bridge with a height of 28 metres allows the largest passenger aircraft code F to pass under it. It also connects Terminal 1 and Terminal 1 Satellite Concourse at the Airport.

“Sky Bridge is aspired to be the iconic feature at HKIA. It offers passengers a spectacular view of the entire airport with the nearby landscape as the backdrop,” Ricky Leung, Executive Director of Engineering & Technology, Airport Hong Kong, said.
“Passengers have a brand new spot for snap shots before they go on with their journey. Sky Bridge is a part of our efforts in renewing and enhancing passenger experience at HKIA. Together with other upgraded airport facilities, we look forward to welcoming passengers from around the world.”
