Hong Kong Airlines cancels four flights due to Typhoon Gaemi
The affected flights include four routes between Hong Kong and Taipei.
Hong Kong Airlines announced the cancellation of four of its flights on Wednesday, 24 July, due to Typhoon Gaemi.
The affected flights are HX282 and HX284 from Hong Kong to Taipei, and HX283 and HX285 from Taipei to Hong Kong.
Passengers are advised to check their flight status on the airline's website, www.hongkongairlines.com, before heading to the airport. To receive updates via SMS or email, travellers should register for Flight Alerts at least four hours before their scheduled departure.
The airline said it is waiving all fees for rebooking, reissue, and refunds for affected tickets.

Those who booked through travel agents or are part of tour groups should reach out to their respective agents directly.
