Nominations are now open for China International Business Awards
Deadline for submission of entries is on 14 February 2020.
Regardless of whether the Year of the Rat in 2020 would bring good or bad luck, domestic unrest, economic slowdown and trade woes are not enough to halt businesses into a standstill: some take the gains, others endure the losses. As fluctuations and power shifts swing back and forth, the rest of the world has turned to the east where tech and 4.0s are making headway in Shenzhen and businesses are thriving in Shanghai.
Following the success in Singapore and Hong Kong, the people behind the International Business Awards presented by Singapore Business Review and Hong Kong Business is pleased to announce the call for nominations in the inaugural year of the China International Business Awards.
The awards programme aims to recognise the contributions of foreign companies that have steered their expansion into China's bustling economy.
Multinational corporations from every industry are invited to participate in this inaugural event and nominate their most innovative projects and best practices.
Categories include aviation, banking, computer hardware, electronics, energy & power, F&B, healthcare, hospitality, IT services, materials and construction, oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, and transportation amongst others.
The China International Business Awards is open to international companies with offices in China but are not headquartered in the country. Entries will be evaluated by an expert panel of judges based on uniqueness and innovation, effectiveness and impact, and dynamism.
Deadline for nominations is on 14 February 2020.
Winners will be honoured at the awarding ceremony on 7 May 2020 to be held in Shanghai.
