The search is on for Hong Kong's leading technology innovators

Nomination is open until November 9.

Hong Kong Business is opening its doors to nominations for the city’s most outstanding technology companies in the Technology Excellence Awards 2019.

On its inaugural year, the Hong Kong Business Technology Excellence Awards will honour technology firms which have demonstrated excellence, innovation and significant contributions to the industry through quality IT solutions. All technology companies with offices and operations in Hong Kong are eligible to submit an entry.

Award categories are divided into two divisions: the General Technology and the Industry.

General Technology will be awarded to the most innovative product or service of a Hong Kong tech company. Categories include AI, analytics, big data, blockchain, cloud, cryptocurrency, e-commerce, fintech, IoT, robotics, visualisation, web services amongst others.

The industry category award will be given to leading tech companies with projects from a specific industry. Categories include accounting, advertising, agriculture, airline, architecture, automotive & transport, banking, business services, education, engineering, financial services, F&B, hotel & hospitality, insurance, legal, logistics, manufacturing, real estate, retail, shipping, utilities amongst others.  

Projects will be judged by an elite panel based on their uniqueness and innovation, effectiveness and dynamism. The programme will accept nominations until 09 November 2018.
