The three-day event had 216 exhibitors.
The first-ever International Property Management and Procurement Expo (PROPEX) drew over 8,000 industry professionals.
The three-day event was participated by 216 exhibitor companies which showcased property management and services like refuse and waste recycling management, security control and surveillance systems, cleaning and pest control, car park management, and access control systems and clubhouse management.
COMSIA, which organised the expo, said a large number of attendees proved that “the market has a keen demand for smart property management services and related supporting facilities and products.”
“Hong Kong has a handsome property management industry with estimated market size of $100b and a projected annual growth rate at around 10%. The PROPEX was launched at a good timing to serve the property management industry,” CS Lee, director of COMASIA, said.
The second edition of PROPEX is already in the pipeline and is expected to be held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre again from 30 August to 1 September 2022, Monica Lee-Müller, managing director of the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre Limited, revealed.
The first PROPEX was held from 4 November to 6 November 2021.
