Lands Department's total land premiums hit $2.031b

There were 19 land transactions.

According to a release, the Lands Department registered 18 lease modifications and one land exchange in the Land Registry during the quarter ending June, realising a total land premium of $2.031 billion.

Seven of the modifications were of a technical nature involving nil premium.

Of the transactions, seven were on Hong Kong Island, seven in Kowloon, and five in the New Territories.
