19 land transactions registered in Q3

The deals had a total land premium of $1.6b.

The Lands Department registered a total of 19 land transactions in Q3 with 16 lease modifications and three land exchanges in the Land Registry, according to a government statement.

The transactions realised a total land premium of $1.6b.

Hong Kong Island dominated quarterly figures with eleven transactions in Q3 followed by five in Kowloon and three in the New Territories.

Two private treaty grants were also registered over the same period.
