832 surplus flats up for sale
It'll be a 30% discount from market value.
In a report, the Housing Authority announced that eligible applicants can submit applications for the purchase of surplus Home Ownership Scheme flats under Phase 7 between March 28 and April 10.
Application forms will be obtainable from tomorrow.
A total of 832 flats will be offered for sale, comprising 825 in Tin Chung Court, Tin Shui Wai, and seven others in five Home Ownership Scheme courts. The sizes range from 40.1 square metres to 60.4.
Their selling prices, being set at a discount of 30% of the market value, are from $1,194,500 in Tin Chung Court to $3,495,600 in Broadview Court, Southern District. More than 80% of the flats offered for sale are priced at $2 million or less.
Sales documents, including application forms and guides, the sales brochure, the information brochure, price lists and sales arrangements can be downloaded from a dedicated webpage from March 21.
An information centre will be set up at the authority’s Customer Service Centre to provide information on the flats offered for sale through display boards and a photo depository for public viewing from March 21.
The application period will last from March 28 until 7pm on April 10. Balloting will be conducted in mid-May to determine the priority of flat selection.
