Cheer Regal buys Sai Kung site for $719mn
The site area is about 17,940 sq. m. and is designated for hotel purposes.
A tender for a site in Sai Kung Town has been awarded at a premium of $719.3 million, the Lands Department announced Thursday.
Cheer Regal Limited was awarded Lot No. 1950 in Demarcation District No. 221 at Area 4 Sai Kung Town on a 50-year land grant.
The site area is about 17,940 square metres and is designated for hotel purposes. The minimum gross floor area is 16,146 square metres, and the maximum 26,910 square metres.
