The investors are said to be seeking loans to finance the purchase, sources told Bloomberg. Henglilong is said to be seeking financing of $12b-equivalent in US dollars to support its bid for the acquisition.
Swire earlier agreed to sell its entire stakes in the two office towers in June, adding to the growing momentum of costly deals in the world’s priciest office market.
