Kwun Tong business site awarded to Joint Vision

The company got the 7,083 square metre site for $34b.

It is located at the junction of Wai Yip Street, Shun Yip Street and Hoi Bun Road and has gross floor areas between 50,998 square metres and 84,996 square metres.

The tender has been awarded on a 50-year land grant.
