Minmetals Land's contracted sales hit RMB300m

Average selling price was RMB11, 700 per sq.m.

In a release, Minmetals Land Limited is pleased to announce that in May 2013, the company achieved contracted sales of approximately RMB300 million, with contracted GFA sold and average selling price of approximately 25,600sq.m and RMB11,700 per sq.m. respectively.

The company’s accumulated contracted sales in the first five months of 2013 reached RMB2,205million, representing an increase of 129% YoY, equivalents to approximately 44% of annual contracted sales target of 2013. Accumulated contracted GFA sold amounted to approximately 187,800 sq.m, up 148% YoY.

Total number of units pre-sold during the period were approximately 1,430 and the average selling price was approximately RMB11,700 per sq.m.
