Murray Building site to be sold by public tender

Tender invitation will start on June 28.

According to the Lands Department, the Murray Building site will be disposed of by public tender in the 2013-14 Land Sale Programme.

The tender invitation for the lot will commence on June 28 and close on October 25.

The site, Inland Lot No. 9036 at Cotton Tree Drive, has an area of about 6,330 square metres and is designated for hotel purposes. The existing building is not to be demolished and its maximum gross floor area is 30,200 sq m.

The final conditions of sale for the lot will be available to the public and uploaded to the department's website by June 28, when the particulars of the tender will also be gazetted.

Interested parties who wish to inspect the building may contact the District Lands Office/Hong Kong West and South for an appointment. Details will be provided when the Conditions of Sale are available.
