Two Sheung Wan properties open for tender

Bidding is open until 24 September.

According to a report, the Government Property Agency is inviting tenancy bids for two Sheung Wan properties, which must be used for the operation of cross-boundary ferry businesses.

They are in the Hong Kong-Macau Ferry Terminal.

The tender notices were gazetted today. Tender documents are available on the agency's website.

Interested bidders wanting to inspect the sites should call 2594 7697 by September 16.

Bidders must submit tenders to the Government Logistics Department Tender Box at the North Point Government Offices by September 24.
