The tender for a site in Yau Tong has been awarded on a 50-year land grant for a premium of $3.3b to Ace Alliance Development Limited, according to a government press release.
The site, which is designated for non-industrial purposes, is located at New Kowloon Inland Lot No. 6593 at Ko Chiu Road.
The minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 19,872 sqm and 33,120 sqm.
