17 building plans get go-ahead in October
Time to pop the champagne.
According to a release, the Buildings Department approved 17 building plans in October, with seven on Hong Kong Island, one in Kowloon and nine in the New Territories.
Eight were for apartment and apartment-commercial developments, six for commercial developments, and three for community-services developments.
Consent was given for work to start on 15 building projects that, when completed, will provide 19,995 square metres of gross floor area for domestic use, involving 245 units, and 74,534 square metres of gross floor area for non-domestic use.
