According to JLL, the property's auctioneer, the sale is per an Order for Sale by the Lands Tribunal under the Land (Compulsory Sale for Redevelopment) Ordinance.
The asset has a reserve price of $2.43b.
The public auction, set for 17 April, will start at 3 pm at the JLL office, located at 7/F One Island East, 979 King's Road, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong.
Built in 1959, the property is an 11-storey structure, housing both commercial and residential units. It features three common staircases and three passenger lifts. Commercial spaces occupy the ground and upper ground floors whilst the first to tenth floors are designated for residential use.
