Check out these commercial, residential sites up for sale

Bidding starts on 19 September.

In a report, the Lands Department announced that a commercial site in Kowloon Bay and a residential site in Sai Kung will be sold by public tender in the 2013-14 Land Sale Programme.

The tender invitation for both lots will start on September 19 and close on November 1.

New Kowloon Inland Lot No.6312 at the junction of Wang Chiu Road and Lam Lee Street, Kowloon Bay, has a site area of 4,297 square metres and is designated for non-industrial purposes. The minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 30,940 and 51,564 sq m.

Lot No.1180 in Demarcation District No.215 on Hong Tsuen Road, Sai Kung Tuk, has a site area of 8,073 sq m and is designated for private residential purposes.

The minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 9,688 and 16,146 sq m. At least 270 flats must be built on the site.
