Global independent investment management firm, Invesco, will move its regional headquarters to Hongkong Land-owned Jardine House.
The firm will rent 33,000 sq. ft. in the high zone of the office tower.
The relocation marks Invesco’s return to Hongkong Land’s Central portfolio. Previously, the firm occupied two floors in Three Exchange Square
By moving to Jardine House, Invesco joins other premier global financial services firms with offices in Hongkong Land’s Central Portfolio.
As of 30 June, banks, asset managers and other financial services companies accounted for more than 40% of Hongkong Land’s office tenant profile by area.
“We are delighted to welcome Invesco as one of our key tenants in Jardine House. We are pleased that when deciding to relocate, they recognised the benefits of our Centricity services and our extensive efforts to embed sustainability across all parts of our Central Portfolio,” Neil Anderson, director and head of office, Commercial Property at Hongkong Land, said.
