Lands department to put up site in Kwai Chung for sale

It will be sold by public tender.

Kwai Chung Town Lot No. 515 at Lai Kong Street, which is designated for non-industrial purposes, will be launched for sale via public tender.

The tender will open on September 30 and close on November 11.

The site, however, cannot be used as a godown, hotel, or petrol filling station, according to the Lands Department.

The site has an area of  3,880 sq m with a minimum and maximum gross floor area of 16,494 sq m and 23,280 sq m.
