New co-living rental complex to attract young professionals
The 6,500 square-metre key hotel is located in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui.
Amidst the growing demand for more co-living options, Hines said it opened a co-living complex at Tsim Sha Tsui to offer young professionals an option to live comfortably and independently.
Hines, a global real estate investment firm, said the 6,500-square metre hotel was rebranded and renovated from The Butterfly on Prat Hotel into a premier co-living complex.

The new complex has “ground-floor retail and will serve as the co-living flagship for Dash Living, one of Hong Kong’s largest operators of urban professional housing.”
Aside from its high-tech features, the co-living space has proximity to parks, restaurants, and China High-Speed Rail to the Mainland.
