In a statement, CBRE said Sandpipers sits on around 7,000 square feet site and is adjacent to Tong Fuk Beach. It is also comprised of two wings totalling around 2,092 sq. ft.

The property is a 15-minute drive from the Chung Town Centre and has a direct driveway accessible from South Lantau Road, leading to a covered carport and an open car parking space for multiple cars.
