Sha Tin lot to be launched for sale on Aug. 19

The site will be sold by public tender.

Sha Tin Town Lot No. 643 at Hin Wo Lane will be launched for sale by public tender on 19 August, the Lands Department announced.

The lot sits in an area which measures 1,383.3 square metres (sqm) with a minimum and maximum gross floor area of 4,979.9 sqm and 8,299.8 sqm.
 
The public tender for Lot No. 643, which is under the 2022-23 Land Sale Programme,  will close on 16 September.
