Government suspends shop in Sham Shui Po
Shop was fined $3,500 for breaching regulations.
According to a report, the Food & Environmental Hygiene Department has ordered a siu mei and lo mei shop in Sham Shui Po to suspend business for two weeks.
It is on the ground floor at 23D1 Boundary Street.
It repeatedly breached the Food Business Regulation by illegally extending the food business area and allowing staff to prepare food in open space.
It was convicted for the breaches in November and February. It was fined $3,500, and registered 15 demerit points under the department's demerit points system.
