Government suspends Yau Ma Tei restaurant
A fine of $7,300 has been issued.
The Food & Environmental Hygiene Department has ordered a restaurant in Yau Ma Tei to suspend business for two weeks.
The restaurant, located on the ground floor at No. 41 Temple Street, was convicted twice in August and November last year for breaching the Food Business Regulation by illegally extending its food business area.
It was fined $7,300 and 30 demerit points were registered against it.
