Over 2,000 people to gather on 19-20 October.
According to a report, a tented village will spring up outside the Chong Hing Water Sports Centre in Sai Kung on October 19 and 20 when more than 2,000 people will gather for the Stargaze Camp for All & the Blind 2013.

The Repulse Bay Beach will be turned into an arena for the 1st Hong Kong Southern District Beach Games & International Beach Water Polo Tournament on October 19 and 20, the first international water polo tournament to be held at a beach in Hong Kong.

The Sha Tin District Graffiti Competition is now calling for submissions from those aged 10 to 26 who live, study or work in Sha Tin. The theme is "Safeguard Sincerity, Corruption-free Hong Kong, Youth Power". The submission deadline is November 22. Call 2637 2266 or send an email for enquiries.
Mainland, Malaysia, Taiwan and Hong Kong drum teams will perform in the 11th Hong Kong Synergy 24 Drum Competition at the Hong Kong Cultural Centre Piazza on October 19 and 20.
