Shangri-La's first panda bond issued under the RMB20b MTN Programme was subscribed 4.09 times.
The bonds bore a coupon rate of 2.5%.
The company will use the issuance proceeds for general corporate purposes.
The Bank of China, China Merchants Securities, and Mizuho Bank (China), Ltd. jointly manage the RMB1b 3-year note.
