Gov't seeks EOI for Sandy Ridge data park development
The government has set the EOI submission deadline for 31 July at noon.
The government is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) for the Sandy Ridge site in the North District.
The government announced the site for development in the 2023 Policy Address.
The government plans to develop the "spade-ready site" in the Northern Metropolis near Lo Wu into a data park for data centres and related industries.
The government will hold a briefing session on the invitation for EOI on 27 June.
