AIA launches new health plans in Greater Bay Area

AIA Hong Kong and Macau have introduced three innovative health solutions for customers in the Greater Bay Area (GBA), which aim to address the rising demand for high-quality medical protection and support seamless access to healthcare services.
AIA Voluntary Health Insurance Prestige Plan offers compensation for phase III clinical trial drugs for cancer treatment, with a lifetime protection limit of up to HK$60m.
Additionally, it provides exclusive concierge support services, named "Help You," which include medical home visits and support for the insured's parents living in Mainland China.
Furthermore, the plan covers a wide range of medical expenses, including experimental cancer drugs, ensuring comprehensive protection for policyholders.
"Help You" Concierge Support Service is an industry-first service that combines medical concierge support with medical home visits, providing personalised assistance to customers in both China and Hong Kong.

It offers online consultations with designated family doctors, priority outpatient and inpatient services, medical accompanying services, residential caregiver services, and medical home visits, especially for the insured's parents residing in Mainland China.
Greater Bay Medical Connect Outpatient Plan offers outpatient coverage in the GBA, including Hong Kong, Macau, and designated cities in Mainland China.
It provides face-to-face consultations with immediate medication or online consultations with medication delivery services. The network of doctors ensures consistent high-quality diagnostic services, meeting the diverse healthcare needs of customers in the region.
Customers enrolling in the AIA Voluntary Health Insurance Prestige Plan and Greater Bay Medical Connect during the promotion period can benefit from up to six months of premium rebate.
