Sun Life HK partners with university to bolster finance skills
It aims to boost the skills of professionals in wealth management, insurance, and financial planning.
Sun Life Hong Kong and The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong's Institute of Continuing and Professional Education (ICAPE) collaborated to launch a new training course titled “Course on the Frontier Knowledge of Contemporary HNWI Financial Planning Strategy and Family Office Practice.”
This initiative is the first joint effort between an insurance company and a local university in Hong Kong, focusing on enhancing the skills and knowledge of professionals in wealth management, insurance, and financial planning.
This is the first program in Hong Kong co-organised by an insurance company and a university, targeting the specific needs of high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and family offices. The course is intended for Sun Life Hong Kong’s employees, financial advisors, brokers, professionals in related fields, as well as heads of families or their members.

The course is also structured in three stages - Foundation, Advanced, and Professional - to cater to different levels of expertise and knowledge requirements.
