Everbright Bank delays investor meetings

The meetings were supposed to promote its planned Hong Kong share offering.

A Reuters report said, “The delay could signal an uphill climb for companies in Asia-Pacific, the top global venue for initial public offerings, as they gear up to raise nearly $90 billion from stock sales.”

The lender had already postponed the launch of the offering in June because of volatile market conditions.
