Summit Ascent mulls raising additional equity capital

This could be by way of an offer to shareholders.

Summit Ascent Holdings Limited said in an announcement:

The Company notes the recent increase in the price and trading volume of its shares.

The Company announces that it is considering the possibility of raising additional equity capital by way of an offer to shareholders of the Company, on a pro rata basis, of rights to subscribe for new shares to be issued by the Company, possibly by way of an open offer with an entitlement ratio of 3 new shares for every 10 shares held by qualifying shareholders.
