Hopewell Holdings to delist from Hong Kong bourse

It will be removed after market close on 17 April.

Subject to all the conditions of the privatisation proposal by Petrus HK Corporation being fulfilled or waived, infrastructure and property firm Hopewell Holdings will be delisted from the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, an announcement revealed.

Hopewell Holdings will therefore be removed from the following index after market close on 17 April at its closing price.

The change will kick into effect on 18 April.
