Ede Road lot up for auction
The 2,808 square metre lot at 3 & 5 Ede Road in Kowloon Tong will be auctioned for a minimum guaranteed bid of $1.053 billion.
According to news.gov.hk, the auction will be held on October 12 at Queen Elizabeth Stadium in Wan Chai.
The lot, with gross floor areas of between 5,054 square metres and 8,424 square metres, is for private residential development.
