Lots for private homes to be auctioned

The Lands Department said it will open tender invitations on April 27 for two residential lots with a combined size of more than 11,000 square metres.

Residential sites at the upmarket Shouson Hill and Peng Chau island northeast of Lantau will be sold under the Application List System and disposed of by public tender.

Rural Building Lot No.1190 has a site area of 10,249 square metres and is designated for private residential purposes. The minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 13,831 and 23,052.26 square metres.

Lot No.673 in Demarcation District Peng Chau has a site area of 1,142.5 square metres and is designated for private residential purposes. The minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 514 and 856.8 square metres.

The final conditions of sale for both lots will be available for distribution by April 27 when the particulars of the tenders will also be gazetted. The tender ends May 25.
