Property sales jumped 6.3% in March 2011
On a month-on-month basis, property sales increased 8.9 per cent.
According to Hong Kong Information Services Department, the Land Registry received 13,501 registration for sale and purchase agreements for all buildings last month.
The 12-month moving average for March was 13,337, up 0.5% m-o-m and 4.2% y-o-y.
Among the sale and purchase agreements, 10,456 were for residential units.
