2 private home sites up for grabs

One can yield at least 175 flats.

According to a report, the Lands Department announced that two residential sites in Tuen Mun and Sha Tin in the 2013-14 Land Sale Programme will be sold by public tender.

The tender invitation for both lots will start on June 14 and close on July 26.

Tuen Mun Town Lot No.435 at Castle Peak Road-Tai Lam, Area 55, Siu Sau, Tuen Mun, has a site area of 11,626 sq m and is designated for private residential purposes.

The minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 8,884 and 14,806 sq m. At least 175 flats must be built.

Sha Tin Town Lot No.563 in Area 56A, Kau To, Sha Tin, has a site area of 5,950 sq m and is designated for private residential purposes.

The minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 7,497 and 12,495 sq m.

The final Conditions of Sale for both lots will be available for distribution to the public by June 14, when the particulars of the tender will also be gazetted.
