2 residential sites up for sale

One has a site area of 27,421 sq m.

The Lands Department announced today that two residential sites in Tseung Kwan O and on Lantau Island in the 2013-14 Land Sale Programme will be sold by public tender.

The tender invitation for both lots will start on May 24 and close on July 5.

Tseung Kwan O Town Lot No.126 in Area 68B2 has a site area of about 27,421 sq m and is designated for non-industrial purposes.

The minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 47,713 and 79,521 sq m, of which no less than 39,486 sq m and no more than 65,810 sq m are for private residential purposes. At least 875 flats must be built.

Lot No.750 in Demarcation District No.332 on South Lantau Road, Cheung Sha, has a site area of about 1,438.2 sq m and is designated for private residential purposes. The minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 346 and 575.2 sq m.
