2 sites from Land Sale Programme up for grabs

One is a residential site.

According to the Lands Department, a residential site and a commercial site in the 2013-14 Land Sale Programme will be disposed of by public tender.

They are Kowloon Inland Lot No.11228 at the junction of Fat Kwong Street and Sheung Foo Street, Ho Man Tin, and Sha Tin Town Lot No.482 at Po Tai Street, Ma On Shan. The tender will open on April 26 and close on June 7.

The former has a site area of 7,714 square metres and is designated for private residential purposes. The minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 21,613 and 36,022 sq m.

The latter has a site area of 5,090 sq m and is designated for non-industrial purposes. The minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 9,162 and 15,270 sq m.

The final Conditions of Sale for both lots will be available on the Lands Department's website by April 26, when the particulars of the tender will also be gazetted.
