Easter Holiday home sales post lowest volume in four years
Sales declined 27% compared to last year's Easter Holiday.
According to Maybank Kim Eng, about 122 transactions were recorded in the primary market over the four days long weekend, declined about 27% YoY compared to the Easter Holiday a year ago.
"This is the lowest transaction volume recorded during the Easter Holiday in the past four years, but mainly due to the lack of new projects being launched. The primary sales were largely comprised of 39 units sold at “Vibe Centro” in Kai Tak by Poly Property and 14 units at “Eden Manor” in Kwu Tung by Henderson Land."
