Land Supply Task Force to launch a public engagement exercise
The group will seek the public's views on boosting land supply.
The newly-formed Land Supply Task Force will engage the community in discussions on boosting land supply in Hong Kong.
Chief Executive Carrie Lam said the group will launch a public engagement exercise.
She called on people from different sectors to express their views.
Mrs Lam said the group's members come from various professional disciplines, and different sectors are widely represented.
She added the members' personal views on the way to boost land supply were not taken into consideration during their appointment.
The Government is striving to solve the housing problem, and she will announce her housing strategy in her Policy Address in October, Mrs Lam added.
