New home sales reaches 98 transactions over the weekend
Primary sales were largely comprised by Island Garden project.
According to Maybank Kim Eng, new home sales over the weekend increased 3x to 98 transactions, largely due to the seasonal Chinese New Year effect. The primary sales were largely comprised by Island Garden project in Shau Kei Wan by Nam Fung, where it sold 55 out of 60 units.
"The remaining were mainly 14 units at The Pavilia Pay by NWD (17 HK, NR) and 8 units at The Bloomsway by Kerry Prop (684 HK, NR). In the secondary market, Centaline Property recorded eight transactions over the weekend in the 10 major housing estates that it monitors, up from four deals in the previous weekend."
