Two home sites up for grabs on 30 November

One in Sha Tin Town, another in Sha Kok Mei.

According to a government release, two residential sites in the 2012-13 Land Sale Programme will be disposed of by public tender, the Lands Department announced today.

The tender invitation will run from November 30 to January 4.

Sha Tin Town Lot No.565 in Area 56A, Kau To, Sha Tin, has a site area of 8,590 square metres and is designated for private residential purposes. The minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 7,937 and 13,228 square metres.

The other site, Lot No.1949 in Demarcation District No.221 in Sha Kok Mei, Sai Kung, has a site area of 15,430 square metres and is designated for private residential purposes. It has a minimum gross floor area of 13,887 square metres and a maximum of 23,145. At least 240 residential units must be built.
