Bidders failed to reach URA's standards.
The Urban Renewal Authority will be re-tendering its 1,700-unit Kwun Tong project. According to a research note from Barclays, the
URA said that it was unable to choose any of the four bidders under the terms that it had set for the project.
The URA will look to re-invite the 10 developers based on new terms to be released later and insisted that it remains on target on delivering 1,700 flats by the 2019/20 financial year.
