7 residential sites lined up for tender from April-June
These will yield 2,400 units.
According to Nomura, for the first quarter of 2013/14 (April-June 2013), the Government will tender seven residential sites capable of producing 2,400 units.

Including 720 flats from the Long Ping Station (South) West Rail project, the eight residential sites could provide about 3,100 flats. On the commercial side, two sites are scheduled for release. These include a commercial site in Ma On Shan and the Murray Building hotel site situated in Central.
Table 1 shows a list of land sites to betendered during the first quarter of 2013-2014 (April-June 2013).
