
Centa-City Leading Index of home prices inched up 0.2%
Home prices have jumped 3.8%.
According to Barclays, the Centa-City Leading Index of Hong Kong home prices rose 0.2% w/w to 120.13.
The index has stayed around the 120 level in the recent weeks. Year-to-date, home prices have gained 3.8%.
"By district, only home prices in Kowloon fell by 0.5% w/w, while other districts registered weekly gains. Hong Kong Island, New Territories East and New Territories West increased by 0.8%, 0.3% and 0.3% w/w, respectively," Barclays said.
